 Problem
 

› Unable to login to xPortal2005 Server.  

 Symptoms
 

 An error as below will be shown.
        

 Cause (optional)
 

 MCI is not connected.
 User have no right to access to the XPNETMAINCOMM.BIN file.      

 Resolution Summary
 

Please perform steps below to solve the issue.

  1. Plug in the MCI before run the software. 
    1. This device will load license for the software to run. 
    2. If it is unplugged, user will not be able to access the software, unless the software installed is Demo Version.

  2. Run the software as Administrator. See article small Software compatibility issues.
