This article contains steps to fix the problem where door is always accessible at all time.

Problem Symptoms› Security status shown at Door List from Device List is "N".
Cause (optional) Resolution Summary ResolutionPlease perform steps below to solve the issue.
- Login to xPortal Client.
- Make sure controller is already "Up".
- Open Send Door Command. Go to Device Comm › Send Door Command.
- Select door controller name then click Security On button.
- Make sure sending delivery report is OK and no error found.
- Click Close.
- Observe the Security status at Door List from Device List. The status should already change to "Y".
- Flash unknown card at the door. The software shall return "Invalid Entry Access" transaction and the card will have no access to the door.
