Perform steps below to prevent/ solve the issue.
- Make sure to run software every day.
- Make sure the controller is always in "Up" condition. (Got communication between controller and software)
- Different controller models will have different memory capacity to store the transaction.
- When the controller is not connected with the software, the transaction will only be stored in the controller.
- If the transaction stored reached the maximum capacity for that controller, the new transaction will overwritten the old one.
- So when you connect the controller with software after long time, some transaction already missing due to that capacity limitations.
- It is advisable to always connect the controller with the software to immediately back up the transaction into the software.
- Make sure to complete the restore transaction correctly.
- Please ensure to quit the software before run the restore transaction tools.
- Make sure to perform the restoration until completed.
- After the restoration complete, please make sure there is no error message shown.
- Make sure the Server Disk Space is following our PC Requirement recommendation.
