Perform steps below to send data to the controller:

1. Run xPortal Client software.
2. Open Device Comm. Go to Device Comm.
3. The following menu will be shown:
1. Send Door Command
2. Send Door Setting
3. Send Staff Setting
4. Send Visitor Setting
5. Send Input Command
6. Send Output Command
7. Send Auto Floor Release TZ
8. Send Floor Command
   
   
4. For example to send Door Setting.
   
1. Select controller name. Multiple controller can be selected at one time.
2. Please choose which menu that is going to be downloaded to the controller.
   
   
5. The settings will be downloaded to the controller automatically.
   

   Exception Handling
   
   
   
   "Send Error!" message is showing because the Controller is "Down". Perform steps below to solve the issue:
   

   • Click Abort › Check controller connection. 
   • Please make sure the controller communication status is "Up". 
   • Send command again.
6. Please wait until data sending is completed.
   
   
   
7. The Delivery Report will be shown after sending command completed. 
8. Please check there is no error upon completion.
   
   
   If there is error upon completion, please perform  Exception Handling steps above.
9. Finished.
