› What is the right steps to sign in and sign out visitor when the visitor auto sign out settings is activated?    
› Can I set auto sign out for any visitor? 

› Unable to sign out visitor card automatically.
› Visitor cards must be sign out manually.  

› Controller status shown "Down".
› Incorrect Card No was present at the reader during sign out the visitor.
› Card No was blocked from sign out by the software.
› Enable Visitor Auto Sign Out settings is disabled.   

1. Please check the controller status is "Up". If the status shown "Down", please check the connection settings of the controller.
2. Upon exiting the building, please present the correct visitor card.
3. Auto sign out visitor will be applied to all visitor which accessing the door that enabled this feature. 
   
   
1. It is not possible to set this feature for selected visitor only.
2. This feature will be no longer applicable after the card has been blocked. 
3. This is to ensure the card user has no privileged to access door and floor anymore even after unblock. Please check with your System Admin.
   
   
4. If none of the above steps solve the problem, please check again the Auto Sign Out Visitor settings. Please ensure the settings is enabled at the right door.

Please perform steps below: 

1. Please check the connection settings of the controller.
2. If the visitor card was blocked by the software, kindly request from the System Admin to unblock the card so that visitor will be able to sign out manually.
