› How to reset the fire alarm triggered status and set the door back to normal operation? 

› All doors are released. 
› Security off.

› Fire Alarm was triggered.

Perform steps below to turn on the door security.

› Send Security On to all doors released.

1. Login to xPortal Client software.
2. Open Send Door Command. ^{(Go to Device Comm › Send Door Command)}
3. Select doors name and click Security On button.
   


4. Observe the Fire Alarm Status at Controller List. The status should be changed from Armed to Alarm.
