Time Zone can be considered as the grouping of Time Set for 7 days including Holiday. This article contains steps to configure Time Zone.

Resolution Summary ResolutionPlease complete the following steps in order to configure time zone:
- Run xPortal Client. Make sure the xPortal Server is already running and controller is up.
- Open Time Zone Setting.
- Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Time Zone.
- For xPortal3000, go to Control Panel › Time Zone.
- The menu as below will be shown.
- Click Add button to create a new Time Zone. An Add Time Zone menu will be shown.
- Enter the information of the Time Zone as described below:
Field Description Time Zone An unique Time Zone address number. (range from 002-255) Code A short name that describes the Time Zone. Description Longer description for the Time Zone. Interval
#1-3Represent a preset Time Set Unit No. Its interval setting will change in corresponding to the Time Set selection. - After you have entered all the necessary fields, click OK to confirm and save settings.
- The following window will be shown. Click OK to continue.
- The software will automatically send the Time Zone setting to all controllers.
- After downloading all the settings, it will display a report of data being sent. Click Close to return to Time Zone Setting menu.
- The newly added time zone will be listed in the Time Zone Setting menu.
