Problem Symptoms› Error message as shown below will be shown.
Cause (optional) Resolution
Please perform the following steps to solve the issue above.
- Click OK to dismiss the error message.
- Click Restart for Fail Cases button.
- The software will prompt to place the next card.User cannot resume with the same Card No (which it current status is Fail) because "Halt processing if exception trapped" option is unchecked. User can only write current failed card after all records in the list has completed the card programming process.
- Please place the card properly on the programming reader.
- Please do not lift the card until the enrolment is complete and success.This steps can only be performed if the
Halt processing if exception trapped option is unchecked. If it is checked, see "The bulk write card task has been halted due to error!".
