Resolution Summary ResolutionPerform steps below to install xPortal Communication Gateway.
- Open the installer folder.
- Please check that the folder contains both files as shown below.
- Right click and run the "setup.exe" file.
- The following window will be shown. Click Next.
- To install in this folder location, click "Next". To install to a different folder, browse for the location.
- Please select to install the software for yourself (Just me), or for anyone who uses the computer (Everyone).
- The installer is ready to install the software on your computer. Click "Next" to start the installation.
- Please wait until the software finish the installation.
- The following window will be shown once the installation is completed. Click "Close" to exit.
