 Problem
 

› Cannot access the door after swipe the card at the reader twice. 

       
 Symptoms
 

› The LED screen shows "AntiPB Violation".

         
 Cause (optional)
 

› AntiPassback feature is enabled. 
› Double entry/ exit will violate antipassback.

         
 Resolution Summary
 
› Please reset the AntiPassback violation state by sending the Clear AntiPB command from the Send Staff Setting.
 
         
 Resolution
 

Perform steps below to clear/ reset the antipassback violation state:

  1. Login to xPortalNet Client.
  2. Open Send Staff Setting. Go to Device Comm › Send Staff Setting.
  3. Select the controller name and then click Clear AntiPB button.

    User can select certain card holder/ select all card holder to clear the AntiPB.
  4. AntiPassback state will be cleared accordingly.
  5. Flash card at the reader and user shall get "Valid Entry Access".
     
    Please be informed that if AntiPassback feature is enable, user shall not be able to access the same door twice.
