Symptoms
› Flash card at the reader during holiday and get transaction "Valid Entry Access" instead of "Wrong Time Zone". › Door can be released.

› Incorrect time zone is assigned to the door accessibility.
Resolution Summary
Configure the holiday correctly to solve the issue above.
Step 1: Configure the holiday dates
Add new holiday date from All Holiday Dates, then add the created holiday date into Access Holiday Dates group. After that, user may assign the access group to default holiday set or create a new one from Access Holiday Set.
Step 2: Assigning no access to door accessibility
Configure the time zone which assign to user's door accessibility. The Time Zone selected must be 000 for Holiday 1 & Holiday 2. Please be noted that Access Holiday Set 2 only applicable for controller model M2000i, M1000i, M1000i v2 and C2000.
Step 3: Assigning Holiday Set and Door Accessibility to staff
Open staff records then assign the user to the correct Holiday Set and Door Accessibility which configured in Step 1 and 2.
Step 4: Send settings and observe transaction
After completed the configuration, please download the settings to the controller. Flash card during holiday and check the transaction list. User shall get "Wrong Time Zone" transaction.

Please perform steps below to solve the issue.
Login to xPortal Client.
Make sure the controller is already up.
Configure following setup accordingly.
In this section contains 3 steps which are "All Holiday Dates Setup", "Access Holiday Dates Setup" and "Access Holiday Set Setup". Configure the holiday dates accordingly.
All Holiday Dates Setup
This setup is to add new holiday date.
Open All Holiday Dates. Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Holiday Set › All Holiday Dates.
Click Add to add new holiday date.
The following window will be shown.
Select the holiday date correctly.
Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Access Holiday Dates Setup
This setup is to add holiday date into the access holiday group.
Open Access Holiday Dates. Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Holiday Set › Access Holiday Dates.
Select Access Holiday Code. Click Add to insert new holiday date into the list.
The following window will be shown.
Double click the Holiday Date grid to select the Holiday Code which have been created at step All Holiday Dates Setup above.
Select the correct Holiday Code.
Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Access Holiday Set
This setup is to add access holiday list into the holiday set setting.
Open Access Holiday Set. Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Holiday Set › Access Holiday Set.
The following window will be shown.
Click Add to add new Holiday Set or modify the Default setting.
Select the Access Holiday Set that you prefer accordingly.
Access Holiday Set 2 only applicable for controller model M2000i, M1000i, M1000i v2 and C2000.
Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
In this section contains 2 steps which are "Time Zone Setup" and "Door Accessibility Setup". This configuration will affect the user's access into building during holiday.
Time Zone Setup
This step is to configure time zone for holiday.
Open Time Zone. Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Time Zone.
Add new Time Zone.
Select Time Set "000" (No Access) for Holiday.
Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Door Accessibility Schedule Setup
This step is to configure door accessibility during holiday.
Open Door Accessibility Schedule. Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Door Accessibility Schedule.
Add new Door Accessibility.
Select the correct Door Code and Time Zone.
› The Time Zone Code has been created at step Time Zone Setup above.
Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Please assign the correct door accessibility to the staff. The Time Zone selected during "Holiday" must be "000". This will give no access to the staff to enter the building.
Staff Records Setup
This setup is to assign the Holiday Set and Door Accessibility to the staff.
Open Staff Records. Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Staff Records.
