Why my xp3k apps unable to login???
Error message : invalid user account period

  • [Microengine ]: Re: Invalid user account period 01-06-2017 01:49 PM#

    Hi Razak,

The reason why you get the error message is because, the System User ID which you are using to login is already expired. The software will check it against current date of Server's PC. (The setting is check based on Expiry Date Start and Expiry Date End of the System User ID created)

Solution: Please use other valid System User ID to login to the software. You can update the expiry date of the expired System User ID and login again.

The default System User ID should be able to access the software.
