› Cannot login to xPortalNet Server.

       
 Symptoms
 

 Get error message as shown below when run xPortalNet Server.

         
 Cause (optional)
 

 xPortalNet Service is not running.

         
 Resolution Summary
 

Please perform steps below to solve the issue.

  1. Make sure the xPortalNet Service is already started. 
  2. Right click the  icon, then select Check Service Info
  3. The following window will be shown.
     

  4. Please ensure that Valid Key is Detected and Db Connection is Up before you proceed to login to xPortalNet Server.
