Problem Symptoms› Get error message as shown below when run xPortalNet Server.
Cause (optional) Resolution SummaryPlease perform steps below to solve the issue.
- Make sure the xPortalNet Service is already started.
- Right click the
icon, then select Check Service Info. - The following window will be shown.
- Please ensure that Valid Key is Detected and Db Connection is Up before you proceed to login to xPortalNet Server.
