Problem Symptoms Cause (optional) Resolution Summary ResolutionPlease perform steps below to solve your issue.
Resolution 1:
› Make sure wiring connection setup is correct and Fire Alarm Panel is working fine/ compatible.
- XP-GT3200L
› Please ensure that the Fire Alarm Panel is connected at the right terminal on the MAS-RBT board. (Refer to the highlighted section).
- XP-GTR1200L
› Please ensure that the Fire Alarm Panel is connected at the right terminal on the MAS-RBU board. (Refer to the highlighted section).
Resolution 2:
› Make sure software setup is correct.
Run xPortal Server.
- Open System Properties. (Go to Server Admin › System Properties)
- Click Modify button. The following window will be shown.
- Change the value for Fire Alarm Door Release to "Yes".
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Note» By enabling the Fire Alarm Door Release, when Fire Alarm is triggered, all door will automatically release. (Only applied to all controller which is "Up")
- Open Connection Setup. (Go to Server Admin › Connection Setup)
- Click Add to add new connection.
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
- Open Controller Setup. (Go to Server Admin › System Device Setup › Controller)
- Click Add to add new controller.
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Door Setup
- Open Door Setup. (Go to Server Admin › System Device Setup › Door)
- Click Add to add new door.
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
