Resolution 1:
› Make sure wiring connection setup is correct and Fire Alarm Panel is working fine/ compatible.
- XP-GT3200L
› Please ensure that the Fire Alarm Panel is connected at the right terminal on the MAS-RBT board. (Refer to the highlighted section).
- XP-GTR1200L
› Please ensure that the Fire Alarm Panel is connected at the right terminal on the MAS-RBU board. (Refer to the highlighted section).
Resolution 2:
› Make sure software setup is correct.
Run xPortal Server.
System Properties Setup
- Open System Properties. (Go to Server Admin › System Properties)
- Click Modify button. The following window will be shown.
- Change the value for Fire Alarm Door Release to "Yes".
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.

» By enabling the Fire Alarm Door Release, when Fire Alarm is triggered, all door will automatically release. (Only applied to all controller which is "Up") |
Connection Setup
- Open Connection Setup. (Go to Server Admin › Connection Setup)
- Click Add to add new connection.
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Controller Setup
- Open Controller Setup. (Go to Server Admin › System Device Setup › Controller)
- Click Add to add new controller.
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
Door Setup
- Open Door Setup. (Go to Server Admin › System Device Setup › Door)
- Click Add to add new door.
- Click OK to confirm and save the changes.
