How to reset the XP-CPRO controller to factory default setting? (Coldstart)

This article contains steps to reset (Coldstart) the XP-CPRO controller to default setting.

Coldstart is perform to reset the controller to default factory setting.

Warning! Coldstart will erase all the memory in the controller and reset all the settings to default settings. Skip this step if you did not wish to reset the controller. 

 Resolution
 

Performing Coldstart will reset the XP-CPRO controller to manufacturer settings. To perform a Coldstart, please follow the steps below:

  1. Press the Coldstart & Reset button at the board of the controller.
  2. After 2 seconds, release the Reset button only and wait until "Coldstart" message showed on the LCD.
  3. Then, only release the Coldstart button.
    Default Baud Rate setting after Coldstart is OFF (2400bps).
