Already installed new token type and one fingerprint template, but after scan the installed fingerprint, it shows wrong token type

This article contains steps to fix the problem of XP-GTR where error message "Wrong Token Type" was shown upon scan the fingerprint.

 Problem
 

› Cannot access door using finger print.          

         
 Symptoms
 
 LCD Display shows "Wrong Token Type!" after scan finger print.

         
 Cause (optional)
 
 1:N Operation settings is not selected during adding staff record. 

         
 Resolution Summary
 

Re-install the staff record and enabled the 1:N operation settings.

» 1:N is configured once only and cannot be changed after saved.

  1. If add Staff at Controller, see AA-00314 to add new staff at controller.
  2. You may select your preferred token type/ user type.
  3. Make sure to allow 1:N Operation for this user by select [YES].
  4. If add Staff at SoftwareSee AA-00279 to add new staff at software.  
  5. Make sure to allow 1:N Operation for this user by Tick at the checkbox.
