 Problem
 

› Why controller's status always switch up to down frequently?  I am using Local Area Network (LAN) connection.    

       
 Symptoms
 

› Controller’s Uplink communication status at Device List keeps showing "Up" and "Down".

         
 Cause (optional)
 

› Conflict IP Address.
› Make sure your controller’s IP Address is unique from other device when using same network.

         
 Resolution Summary
 

› Make sure your controller’s IP Address is unique from other device on the same network.
› Make sure controller is working fine.

         
 Resolution
 

Please perform steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Please make sure your controller’s IP Address is unique.
    » See     AA-00267 to configure the IP Address correctly.

  2. If controller’s uplink connection has been correctly configured but the problem still persist, suspect controller’s faulty. Please send in the controller for checking and repairing.
