Setup in xPortalNet Client

1. Run xPortalNet Client. Make sure the xPortalNet Server is already running and controller is up.
2. Make sure the setup at xPortal Server already configured. See AA-00300 for the configuration steps.
3. Configure client setup as shown below accordingly:

1. Open the Time Set Setup. ^{(Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Time Set)}
2. Add new time set.
3. Click OK to confirm and save the settings.
   
   » Set the Time Interval for user to access the Lift.

1. Open the Time Zone Setup. ^{(Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Time Zone)}
2. Add new time zone.
3. Click OK to confirm and save the settings.
   
   » Select the Time Set on selected day for user to access the lift.

1. Open the Floor Zone Setup. ^{(Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Floor Zone)}
2. Add new floor zone.
3. Specify which floor(s) user can access and which Time Zone will be applied to every Zone #.
4. Click OK to confirm and save the settings.
5. Example floor zone setup:
   
   » TZ selected is as configured at Time Zone Setup above.
   
   Floor Zone 1 (Ground Floor until Floor 4):
   
   
   Floor Zone 2 (Floor 1 and Floor 3):
   
   
   Floor Zone 3 (Floor 2 and Floor 4):
   

1. Open the Floor Accessibility Setup. ^{(Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Floor Accessibility Setting)}
2. Add new floor accessibility.
3. Select which Lift user can access and Floor Zone will be applied to every Lift.
   
   » For this setup, user can only access from Ground Floor until Floor 4 as Floor Zone selected is 003.
   
   
4. Click OK to confirm and save the settings.

1. Open the Staff Record Setup. ^{(Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Staff Records)}
2. Apply the Door Accessibility and assign the Floor Access Code to the staff.
3. At Door Accessibility tab, select Use Predefined Settings and choose Free Access.
   
   
   
4. At General tab, set Floor Access Code for the staff.
   
   
   
   
5. Click OK to confirm and save the settings.
6. You have completed the setup at xPortal Client. 
7. Flash card to the reader to check and verify the floor accessibility.
