Problem

Unable to Start xPortal3000 Server Configuration Manager.

Symptoms

Get error message as shown below:

Cause (optional)

Probably using a newer/ older version of Firebird Server during database initialization.

Resolution Summary

Uninstall the current Firebird Server and reinstall the Firebird Server that is used for database initialization.

Resolution

Perform steps below to solve the issue:

Uninstall current Firebird Server.
Install Firebird Server version that is used for database initialization.
Run the xPortal3000 Server Configuration Manager.
Start the Service.
