› Error during import staff records.
       
 Symptoms
 

 Get error message as shown below:

         
 Cause (optional)
 

 Source File (Microsoft Excel/ Text file) is already opened by another user. 

         
 Resolution Summary
 
 Ensure that the Source File is closed before start importing staff records.
 
         
 Resolution
 

Perform steps below to solve the issue.

  1. Close any opened Source File (Microsoft Excel/ Text file).
  2. Open Staff Records. (Go to Data Setup › Access Data Setting › Staff Records › Import)
  3. Import staff again.
