› Error message appear when view staff records in xPortal2005.

       
 Symptoms
 

 Get error message as shown below when try to view Staff Records.

         
 Cause (optional)
 

 Incompatible xPortal Server and Client version.

» Eg: xPortal2005 Server v1.1.0.38 is not compatible with xPortal2005 Client v1.2.0.18

         
 Resolution 
 
  1. Make sure the xPortal Server and xPortal Client is the same version.
  2. Re-install the correct software version and run it again. 

    › Kindly request from your dealer the right version of software installer.
