› Master Card does not work when add new user card or delete user card.
› I lost the 3 Master Cards, what should I do?         

› Presenting Master Card to XP-SR40, but the response of the card like normal user card.
› Failed to install new user card/ delete existing user card from XP-SR40 after presenting Master Card.       

› Lost of Master Card.
› Incorrect Master Card is used.
› Master Card was not properly programmed.
› Master Card is yet to be programmed.       

1. ColdStart the XP-SR40 reader.
   
   Warning! After ColdStart, the card database in the XP-SR40 will be cleared.
2. Steps to ColdStart:
• While turning on the power of XP-SR40, press and hold the exit button for 2 sec.
• XP-SR40 will keep beeping every 1 sec and the Green LED will be turned on.
• EM Lock will be released.
  
3. Now, XP-SR40 is in the Programming Mode.
4. Prepare 3 cards and label the cards as the following:
• Card 1 - Install Card
• Card 2 - Delete Card
• Card 3 - Delete All Cards
5. Present Card 1 to XP-SR40 reader. Then, followed by Card 2 and Card 3. Reader should respond 1 beep when detecting each of the card.
6. After 3 Master Card are programmed to XP-SR40, 
   
   
1. The Green LED will be turn off.
2. The reader will stop beeping. 
3. Now, EM Lock is in engaged condition.
